This year I visited the 2010 Australian Aerobatic Championships in Parkes and spoke with some of the judges and pilots. 

As boys get older their toys get more exotic, especially if they have a taste for high performance jet aircraft. Garry Criddle has got the taste for them and has a magnificent example of one in his hanger.

Rob (on the right of the author) is an A330 First Officer and former Canadian Forces B707 and Aurora Captain. He was kind enough to be the subject of my first Podcast and patiently answered my questions and shared some interesting experiences.
